We adopt a strategic and focused approach in all our classroom programs. The fundamentals of a subject are taught in a simple and lucid manner. Our faculty explains concepts in a very effective way with basic level illustrations enabling each student to grasp the subjects from the foundation level.

Each classroom lecture covers the vital aspects of a subject comprising of theoretical concepts followed by graduated set of logical and numerical problems to help the learners firmly grasp the basic concepts. This develops a student’s analytical skills and problem solving abilities, which is an essential ingredient to achieve success in any competitive examination. The teaching methodology at Aspiration Academy effectively leverages the experience of highly qualified faculty members to nurture every student’s inherent talent and boosts his confidence.

4 major Test Series with a Final based on the University Exam Model are conducted by us to help familiarize the students with the University Exam pattern and enable them to face the Exam days with confidence. Students can sit for the Test Series exclusive of the Classroom Program. The syllabus and Exam Schedule are available at the helpdesk. Interested students can also view the necessary information at our website.

Regular Class room Program:

  • The course provides exclusive lecture session, emphasis on both theoretical and numerical portion. Detail topic is covered to keep the student updated.
  • Easy to understand treatment of most difficult and intricate topics and authentic, simple to the point and modern account of each and every topic.
  • Individual care (1:1 interaction if required)

Study material:

Printed study materials of each chapter, based on Calcutta University, State University (Barasat), Presidency University & St. Xavier’s college (Autonomous) syllabus & question pattern are provided to the students.

Concept Builders:

Some conceptual and sense creating question-answer & Numerical Problems (Fully solved) are provided to the students and discussing in class room to prepare physical chemistry in depth.

Problem Sheet and Examination special paper will be provided and solution will be done in class room.

MCQ question with solution will be provided for the students of 3rd year for various admission tests for higher studies.

Last 25 years questions of Calcutta University are thoroughly solved during class session.

Tests:

During the course, tests are very carefully designed to test the student slowly but surely at every stage of the course.

  • Unit Test: There will be a Unit Test for each module based on university syllabus. This is a cumulative test based on the subject comprising each chapter and previous chapters, thus facilitating revision of the chapters for the students.

Detailed explanatory solutions would be provided for each test. The number pattern is same as that of University.

  • Mock Test: Full-fledged tests (Full syllabus) based on University examination pattern. There will be EIGHT to FOURTEEN such tests. These tests will be conducted during May / June.
  • Model Test: These tests will be conducted especially for 3rd year students for various admission tests for M.Sc and integrated Ph.D after completion of each module.

Pre-conditions of quality answer are:

  1. Proper heading for each statement & working note.
  2. Write unit calculation and notation for every Numerical problem.
  3. Supporting example with each answer.
  4. Simple quality English.
  5. Always start the answer with the definition of the subject. Don’t start the answer like “It is a very important concept of physical chemistry” or “We know that”. It is important that is why it is given in examination. Such answer creates impression that the student is answering for volume & not for quality.
  6. Always starts the answer in a fresh page, preferable at the left hand side of page while answering the Numerical problem.
  7. Do not use any colour ink in your answer.
  8. Do not underline the key or catch word of each sentence. Mention proper question number in each answer.
  9. Good hand writing is a must for a “quality answer”.
  10. Use pencil in examination to prepare graph & chart.

It is important to Remember:

  1. Take part in class discussion.
  2. Switch off your Mobile.
  3. Try all Home work.**

Try all Problems, How?

Step 1:     First read the Class note to check the theory.

Step 2:     Carefully read the problem at least twice.

Step 3:     Now read paragraph wise & collect data, write it. Analyse it, whatever you like. This will help you to overcome the question “how to start the answer”?

Step 4:     Read the requirement of question carefully.

Step 5:     Analysis according to the technique which you feel most appropriate.

Step 6:     Give Final answer as far as possible.

Tips for the final revision phase:

As the examination looks closer, consider the following list of techniques and make use of those that work for you:

  • Summaries your notes into more concise form, perhaps on index cards that you can carry with you for revision on the way into work.
  • Go through your notes with a highlighter pen, marking key concepts and definitions.
  • Summaries the main points in a key area by producing a wordlist, mind map or other mnemonic device.
  • On areas that you find difficult, rework the questions that you have already attempted, and compare your answers in detail with those provided in the study system.
  • Rework questions you attempted earlier in your studies with a view to producing more ‘polished’ answers (better layout and presentation may earn marks in the examination) and to completing them within the time limits.
  • Stay alert for practical examples, incidents, situations, and events that illustrate the material you are studying. If you can refer in the examination to real-life topical illustrations you will impress the examiner and may earn extra marks.

How to prepare before day of examination

  1. Put maximum stress in revising the theory.
  2. Do not try to revise all the problems. We have already solved 450+ problems and examples; no one can revise it within 10 hours. So check 1 problem per topic.
  3. Try to check the technique of each chapter as given by me in your first class note of each topic.
  4. For any other problem always contact me.

Winners don’t do different things… They do things differently…
